Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and look after your personal data.
Last updated 1 August 2026
Who we are
Hillvine & Co Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202625352W) is a growth strategy firm founded in Singapore, working with clients throughout Asia. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, mobile number, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider keeps standard server records, such as the network address a request came from and the pages served. These are kept for security and reliability, not for marketing.
We also record how you arrived: the page you landed on, and the site or campaign that brought you. This is collected through cookies, described below, and it tells us which of our efforts are worth continuing.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, and to discuss whether and how we can help.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you, so that we can pick up where we left off.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and to receive enquiries:
- A form service, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
- An email provider, which hosts our mailboxes.
- A hosting and content delivery provider, which serves this website.
- A customer relationship system, which records how you found us and, when you send an enquiry, stores it so that we can follow it up properly.
These providers handle data on our behalf, and some of them are located outside Singapore. Where data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to see that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Personal Data Protection Act. We may also disclose data where the law requires us to.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them for two things: to keep the site working, and to understand how people find us.
When you browse the site, our customer relationship system sets a small number of cookies. They record which page or campaign brought you here, so that when an enquiry arrives we know where it came from and can judge which of our efforts are worth continuing.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell what they tell us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site and the enquiry form will both still work. We will simply know less about how you found us.
Messages from us
If you send us an enquiry, we will reply to it. We will only send you marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message, or by writing to us using the details below.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, after which we delete them or remove anything that identifies you. Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as we need them for the engagement and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us:
- for a copy of the personal data we hold about you,
- to correct anything that is wrong or out of date,
- to withdraw your consent to our using it.
Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you withdraw your consent, we may no longer be able to provide something you have asked us for.
Looking after your data
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it for their work, and we use established service providers with their own security measures. This site is served only over an encrypted connection.
